Dual [MS(Engg.)+Ph.D] Program

The department of Electrical and Communication Engineering has started the Dual [MS(Eng.) + PhD] degree program from July 2015. The program has been started to expand the scope of research focus offered in the PhD program covering all the major areas of faculty expertise that include Signal Processing, Communication Systems, Computer Networks, Control Systems, Biomedical Signal Processing, Image Processing & Computer Vision, Instrumentation, Multimedia Security, Power Electronics, Power Systems, RF and Microwaves, Speech and Handwriting Processing, VLSI Systems and MEMS. The aim of this program is to enable bright engineering graduates from all the disciplines to study and carryout research in different and interdisciplinary areas of electronics and electrical engineering. On successful completion of the program, both MS(Engg.) and PhD degrees are awarded.
